How to apply

To enroll in the program, the applicant provides International Department of ChSPU with  the following documents:
- Application for admission;
- completed questionnaire;
- copies of the pages of the passport whereby the foreign citizen will cross the border of the Russian Federation;
- a copy of the migration card obtained at the entrance to the Russian Federation;
- copies of education documents indicating the subjects studied and the grades (points) received on them;
- the document of the medical institution of the country of residence of the applicant, confirming the absence of medical contraindications for training in the Russian Federation with translation into Russian;
- the document of the medical institution of the country of residence of the applicant, confirming the absence of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and AIDS with the translation into Russian;
- 2 photos in the size of 3 x 4 cm.

Documents of applicants must be translated into Russian and notarized (at the option of the document holder: Russian notary, consulate of the Russian Federation in the country issuing the document on education or consulate in the Russian Federation of the country in which the document is issued on education).

The validity of a foreign citizen's passport, according to which a foreign citizen will cross the border of the Russian Federation, must expire not earlier than 18 months from the date of the entry visa for the entry visa.

A foreign citizen entering the training program, bears the costs of organizing his meeting, travel to the place of study, residence and medical insurance.
To register a foreign citizen must appear in the International Department of the CSPU within seven working days after entering the territory of the Russian Federation. Arrival of the  person must be held not later than 30 calendar days before the expiry of the validity period of his entry study visa.

Medical assistance to foreign citizens studying under the Program is provided on the basis of a voluntary health insurance agreement. Foreign citizens entering the training program, independently bear the cost of acquiring a health insurance policy on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The International Department provides practical assistance to foreign citizens arriving for training under the Program in the conclusion of a voluntary health insurance agreement immediately after their arrival to the place of training.
